In all conference and meeting rooms, CONTORA Office Solutions uses air purifiers equipped with HEPA and activated carbon filters, additional disinfection with UV-C radiation, an integrated ion generator, and odor and particle sensors. The air purifiers ensure maximum safety before, during and after use of the rooms.
According to a study by the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich, air purifiers are in some cases better and safer than fresh air supply through ventilation or shock ventilation. The Federal Office for Radiation Protection has also confirmed the effect of UV-C radiation for surface disinfection and room air disinfection.
In addition to the air filters, additional cleaning and ventilation takes place in the rooms before and after each use. The conference rooms almost exclusively also have a direct fresh air supply, even on the 20th, 21st or 25th floor at our sites.
Disinfectants with a virucidal effect are also available in all public areas, and partition walls made of Plexiglas can be erected on request.
All meetings and briefings at all locations are available with antigen self-tests and medical masks for all attendees upon request, and even documentation of all attendees and associated tests for daily proof.
